Surely, there are lots of seasonal fruits, but the taste of fresh berries cannot be forgotten in winter because of their nutritional value and their splendid taste. Check out this raspberry smoothie recipe.
1 cup frozen raspberries 1/2 banana 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt 1/4 cup milk 1 tbsp honey A handful of ice cubes
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
