Rasmalai pudding is a fusion dessert that combines the classic Indian rasmalai with creamy layers of pudding. Soft paneer dumplings are soaked in saffron-infused milk and layered with custard or mousse, creating a rich, indulgent treat perfect for festive occasions.
6 suji rusk or cale rusks 1 piece rasmalai with milk 1 bowl whipped cream 1 tbsp condensed milk 1/2 tsp cardamom powder Pista and other nuts Dried rose petals and silver pearls for garnish
Crush the rasmalai into very small pieces. In whipped cream add Cardamom powder, condensed milk and crushed rasmalai amd mix well.
Take a flat glass dish and arrange a layer of rusk or cake rusks.
Soak the rusks well with rasmalai milk. Apply a layer of Rasmalai whipped cream.
Add chopped pistas and drynuts. Again arrange a layer of rusks. And repeat the same process.
Decorate the top with whipped cream using a nozzle. Garnish With Nuts, Rose petals, or as per your choice.
Let it set for 3-4 hrs in the refrigerator. Cut into desired pieces and serve chilled.
