The holy month of Ramadan has begun and believers keep fast for their faith. During this tie, it is important to eat well. Here is a date shake recipe that you can have during Ramadan to give you energy.
5-6 Frozen de-seeded dates 1 frozen banana 1 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp peanut butter 1 cup almond milk
Freeze a banana overnight, along with de-seeded dates.
Put the de-seeded dates, banana, peanut butter and chia seeds in the blender.
Blend for 2 minutes and then add the almond milk. Blend till it becomes really smooth.
Pour the smoothie in a glass and sip on this amazing drink during Ramadan.
