1 cup cooked mashed rajma (red kidney beans) 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped green chilies 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste Oil for frying
Add bread crumbs, onions, green chilies, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt to the mashed rajma. Mix well.
Shape the tikki into the desired shape.
Bake the tikki patties until cooked. Serve.
