Rajasthan's Favourite Papad Ki Sabji

This curry is a well-liked specialty of Rajasthani cooking. Papad ki sabzi is a papad-based curry that may be cooked with either a tomato or a curd basis, or with both.

Ingredients

3 papad 3 tomatoes 1 tsp chopped ginger 2 cloves garlic 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tbsp ghee 1 tsp cumin seeds  1/2 tsp salt 1.5 cup water 2 tsp chopped corriander 

Step 1

Start this amazing recipe by roaring g papad on hot tawa, make it crisp and delicious, keep them aside.

Step 2

Now Break the papad into big desired pieces and start preparing for the papad curry.

Step 3

Now take a blender and blend take 3 big tomatoes, 1 tsp chopped ginger, and 2 garlic cloves.

Step 4

Add ginger, and garlic into a blender to make a smooth puree. Now gather the ingredients in a bowl.

Step 5

1Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder in a bowl.

Step 6

Now take 1 tbsp water into the spices and mix well to make a paste.

Step 7

Take a deep pan Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a and add 1 tsp cumin seeds in it, once crackle add the ingredients paste.

Step 8

Stir continuously, add prepared tomato puree to paste and cook it. Add 1.5 cup water to the puree, giving it a stir.

Step 9

When the water boils add 1/2 tsp salt accordingly and papad pieces to it.

Step 10

Cool the papad well in the curry. Once they are softened keep it aside. Now garnish with the coriander leaves.
