A must-try Rajasthani speciality, Kasriyo ki Chutney will tantalise your taste buds and immerse you in the rich flavours of Rajasthan. And the best part? It just takes 5 minutes to prepare!

¼ cup Coriander ¼ cup mint leaves Salt to taste 1/8 tsp pink salt 1/8 tsp hing 1 tsp red chilli powder ¼ tsp roasted jeera powder 2 tsp kasrio (or dry mango powder) ½ tsp lemon juice
Take a mortar and pestle and add fresh coriander and methi leaves.
To this add, all the spices and muddle it
Keep muddling, till it forms a coarse texture. Serve with thepla, bhakri and enjoy
