Rainbow smoothie is a multi layered beverage that uses fruits to give the aesthetic presentation and a healthy pop of color.
50g blueberries 50g blackberries 50g raspberries Few spoons of Greek yogurt 2 strawberries 2 bananas Few pineapple slices Few mango pieces
Blueberries and blackberries are rich in antioxidants and a vibrant shade of blue while spinach is rich in iron and you won’t taste the spinach though. It makes a bright green layer without any grassy taste.

Mix any yellow fruits, like pineapples and mangoes, with some banana and Greek yogurt for a vibrant yellow layer. Banana, raspberry and oranges pack in Vitamin C and blend into a sunny orange color.

Raspberries and strawberries with a touch of pineapple juice makes the perfect final layer.

Divide the ingredients for each layer into five separate bowls. Then blend each smoothie layer and pour it back into its small bowl. Rinse the blender after each layer. Carefully spoon each smoothie layer into a glass. Repeat with the green layer, then the yellow, orange, and red layer.
