Dosa is popular South Indian breakfast that is made with rice flour. Make it ragi and wheat flour and give it a healthy twist.
1 cup ragi flour, ¾ cup wheat flour, 1 onion, 1 green chilli, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 sprig curry leaves, salt as required, oil as required, buttermilk as required
Add both the flours, onion, chillies, cumin, curry leaves, buttermilk and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
Blend the mixture to the consistency of the dosa batter. Heat a dosa pan and pour half cup batter. Spread in a round shape and sprinkle some oil on it.
Cook on the both the sides and serve hot with your favourite chutney.
