Ragi Sattu Laddoos, a delightful and nutrient-packed treat, seamlessly blend the goodness of ragi (finger millet) and sattu (roasted gram flour). These laddoos are a wholesome way for the health benefits that millets offer.

1 cup Ragi (finger millet) flour ½ cup Sattu (roasted gram flour) ½ cup Jaggery (or as per taste) 2 tbsp Ghee (clarified butter) ¼ cup Chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, or your choice) A pinch of Cardamom powder Water (as needed)

Heat ghee in a pan and roast the ragi flour until it turns aromatic.

Add sattu and continue roasting for a few more minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.

In a separate pan, melt jaggery with a little water to make a syrup. Mix the syrup, roasted ragi-sattu mixture, chopped nuts, and cardamom powder.

Shape the mixture into ladoos while it's still warm. Allow them to cool and set.
