In this fast-paced world. People have become health conscious and have opted for nutritious and delicious meal options. One such option that is gaining popularity now a days is Ragi roti, an Indian flatbread made from finger millet. Not only is it mouthwatering but it also provides an array of health benefits. Ingredients

Ragi flour Water Salt

Step 1 

In a mixing bowl, add ragi flour, a pinch of salt and water. Mix well until you achieve a dough like consistency.

 Step 2 

Divide the dough into small portions and make them in the shape of balls.

Step 3 

Take a dough ball and place it on a clean surface. Use a rolling pin to it into a thin, round disc.

Step 4 

Heat a griddle or tava and place the flattened roti on it. Cook until both sides are golden brown.

Step 5 

Pair the hot ragi roti with favourite chutney, curry or yogurt.
