Packed with the goodness of ragi and oats, this dhokla is perfect to enjoy as a healthy breakfast or an evening snack. Here is an easy recipe to make ragi oats dhokla at home.

1 cup ragi flour, 1/2 cup oat flour, 1/4 cup sooji, 1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste, 2 tsp yoghurt, 1 tsp oil, 2 tsp soaked chana dal, salt to taste, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp carom seeds, 1 cup water, 1 tsp eno, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp sesame seeds

Grease the plates. Have your steamer ready with boiling water. Mix everything except eno and lemon juice. Make a smooth batter.

When water is ready, add eno and lemon juice to the batter. Mix well. Divide the batter between prepared plates. Top with sesame seeds and red chili powder.

Steam for 10-12 mins until the knife comes clean. Prepare tadka using mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, cilantro and 2 tbsp water.
