Drinking tea is no fun until you have a bowl of snacks. It completes the morning and evening routine. Prepare ragi murmura at home and make your chai pe charcha more interesting.
250 grams of puffed ragi 3 tbsp oil 4 chopped chillies 1 tsp chaat masala 1 sprig of curry leaves 2 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 small bowl of roasted peanuts 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 bowl of roasted chana 1 tsp hing 2 tbsp curry leaves
Dry roast puffed ragi for a few seconds, and keep it aside.
Heat oil in the same pan, saute garlic, hing, turmeric powder, green chillies, and curry leaves.
Roast chana or peanuts in the same pan until the skin of the peanuts comes off.
Keep the mixture aside to cool off.
In a large container, toss all the ingredients together along with salt and chaat masala.
Drizzle lemon juice on the top and store the namkeen in an airtight jar.
