Indulge in the delightful and nourishing experience of sipping on a delectable Ragi Makhana smoothie. This wholesome concoction is the epitome of health and satiety, promising to keep you feeling full and satisfied for an extended period of time.
2 tbsp ragi flour 1 cup water 3/4 cup roasted makhana / Fox nuts 4 dates 7/8 raisins 5 almonds 1-2 walnuts 1 tsp jaggery powder (add more if you like more sweet) 1/4 tsp sesame seeds 2 cup milk
Dry roast ragi flour for a few minutes. Then add water and cook till thick.
Cool it completely and all the other ingredients and blend till smooth.
Garnish with makhana, sesame seeds and cocoa powder>
If you want a more diluted smoothie you can add more milk or 1/2 water.
