Winters are here and it's time for hot beverages that soothe both our soul and body. Ragi is a nutritious millet that is very important to our body. Combined with hot chocolate, it makes one drink you cannot say no to. Here's the recipe for Ragi Hot Chocolate.

2 cups milk 2 tsp ragi flour 3 tsp jaggery 2 tbsp unsweetened chocolate powder 4 tsp cinnamon powder 1 tbsp chocolate sauce (optional).
In a pan, dry roast ragi flour. Gradually add jaggery to it along with water to make a syrup.
In a separate pan, heat milk. Pour in the milk with the ragi jaggery syrup and bring it to a thick consistency.
Combine it with chocolate powder, cinnamon sauce and make a thick, lump free hot chocolate. Serve hot!
