1 cup ragi flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1 tablespoon sesame seeds 1 tablespoon flaxseeds (optional) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 2 tablespoons olive oil Water (as needed)
Gather all of the ingredients: ragi flour, whole wheat flour, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, olive oil, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, and black pepper. To make a solid dough that is not sticky, gradually incorporate water.
Thinly roll out the dough on a floured surface. Simply cut into squares for a classic look or use cookie cutters to create preferred shapes.
Place the cut crackers on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Allow the ragi crackers to cool completely before indulging in this wholesome, gluten-free snack. Perfect for pairing with dips or enjoying on their own.
