½ cup ragi flour ½ cup sugar ½ cup oil 1 tbsp baking powder ¼ tsp ginger powder ½ tbsp cardamom powder ½ tsp salt 1 egg
In a bowl, add ragi flour along with cardamom powder. Mix well and lightly roast the mixture until it attains a darker colour.
Take a bowl and add whisked egg. Add sugar and roasted mixture. Mix it well.
Now, add salt and dry ginger. Also add oil and mix until everything is combined and takes the shape of a dough.
Make dough balls and flatten them. Put them into baking in a preheated oven for 6 to 7 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
When done, take out and serve fresh!
