Also known as ragi ganji, this nutritious South Indian beverage is made with finger millet, buttermilk and spices. Make it at home with this simple recipe.
3-4 tbsp ragi flour (roasted) 1/2 onion, finely chopped salt to taste 1/2 cup yoghurt finely chopped coriander leaves to garnish 2 cups water
Boil water with some salt and gradually add the ragi flour, stirring continuously.
Mix well until it transforms into a smooth paste and switch off the heat. Now, whip the yoghurt with water and keep it aside.
Take the ragi mixture in a glass and add the yoghurt and onion to it.
Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
