6 wheat bread slices 2 tsp Custard Powder 1 cup milk 1 tbsp chopped Almonds 1 tsp chopped pistachio 1 tsp Pineapple Essence or pulpy jam 3 to 4 tbsp jaggery powder 2 tsp Custard Powder 1/2 tsp cardamom powder Saffron strands 1 tbsp ghee
1 lt full cream Milk Saffron Strands (optional) 1/2 tin milkmaid 2 tbsp Kaju powder 1 tbsp chopped Almonds 1 tbsp chopped pistachio
Take a kadhai and add 1 lt of milk to make the Rabdi. Reduce the milk to half.
The milk will become thicker after adding kaju powder. So, stir it continuously by adding Milkmaid.
