Quickest Recipe To Make Winter Special Kadha

Good for immunity and rich in flavours, Kadha is the ultimate hot concoction to keep you warm throughout the chilling wintery season. Follow these steps to get your Kadha right!

Ingredients

3 cups of Water 2-3 Medium-sized pieces of Ginger 5-6 Balls of Black Pepper 5-6 Buds of Clove 1 Cinnamon stick 4-5 Tulsi Leaves Jaggery (Optional)

STEP 1

Fill a saucepan with water and let it heat.

STEP 2

While the water boils, crush ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and pepper in a mortar with a pestle.

STEP 3

When the water starts to boil, add the crushed spices and Tulsi leaves. Let the mixture concoct for 20 minutes or till it reduces to half.

STEP 4

Add jaggery if you prefer your kadha, a little sweet in taste.
