A slice of soft and airy walnut cake is a delight for everyone. If you’re looking for some quick and light dessert recipes, making a walnut cake that even has less sugar will be just perfect for you!
Maida - 1.5 cups Powdered sugar - 1 cup Chopped walnuts - 1 cup Oil - 3/4 cup Eggs - 4 Baking powder - 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Mix the dry ingredients like maida, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Take another bowl and mix the wet ingredients like oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and keep whisking till you get a uniform mixture.
Add the chopped walnuts to the batter.
Preheat the oven and then bake the cake for about an hour.
Let the cake cool, slice it, and enjoy!
