When the monsoon rains start pouring, there’s nothing better than indulging in a spicy and tangy snack. Chana Dal Chaat, with its vibrant flavours and crunchy texture, is the perfect treat to enjoy during a cosy rainy evening.
1 cup fried masala chana dal 1/4 cup finely chopped onions 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies 1/2 tsp chaat masala
In a deep bowl, add 1 cup of fried masala chana dal. Add 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions to the bowl.
Mix in 1/4 cup of finely chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves.
Drizzle 1 tsp of lemon juice for a tangy kick. Add 1/2 tsp of finely chopped green chillies and 1/2 tsp of chaat masala.
Combine all the ingredients well and serve immediately for a crunchy and flavourful snack.
