Mango season is about to end so why don't we enjoy this fruit to the fullest? Chef Sneha Singhi Upadhaya recently shared a quick and easy recipe of mango-sago pudding. And it is totally fair to try this dessert at home. Tap To View the recipe!
1 coconut 1 tbsp agar agar 2 mangoes 1 cup boiled sago/ sabudana 1 cup milk 1/3-1/2 cup condensed milk
Take a coconut and remove its water. Chop the coconut flesh into small peices.
Add the coconut slices into water and let it boil. Also, add agar-agar.
Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl or thali and let is refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Take a mango and make a puree out of it. Take another mango and chop it in small cubes.
Add chopped mangoes, sago or sabudana, milk and condensed milk to a bowl. Mix well.
In a bowl, add mango mixture with coconut jelly and mango puree on the top. Dig in!
