250 g paneer 1/2 cup thick yoghurt 1 tablespoon gram flour (besan) 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon chaat masala 1 teaspoon of cumin powder 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of oil Salt according to taste. 1 medium onion 1 medium bell pepper Skewers
Combine yoghurt, gram flour, spices, lemon juice, oil, and salt in a bowl.
Add paneer, onion, and bell pepper to the marinade. Mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat to 200°C (392°F).
Thread paneer and veggies onto skewers.
Bake or grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
Enjoy it hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
