There’s nothing like waking up to the aroma of fresh pancakes, especially if you want to have breakfast in bed. If you’re preparing a quick and cosy breakfast, try this easy recipe for a mouth-melting pancake.
1.5 cups maida 1 egg 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 tablespoons butter Pinch of salt Maple syrup Chopped fruits
Whisk the dry ingredients like flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix milk, egg, and butter.
Gently mix the dry and wet ingredients to get a smooth batter.
Heat a pan and pour about 1/4 cup to make one pancake and cook from both sides.
Garnish with maple syrup and chopped fruits, and enjoy your breakfast in bed.
