1/2 cup makhanas 2 potatoes 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp pepper powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves Salt to taste

Start by roasting makhanas. When done, grind them into a blender and make a fine powder.

Boil and pressure cook the potatoes for 5 to 7 minutes. Peel and mash them.

Add makhana powder to the potato mix. Add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder and pepper powder.

Add coriander leaves and mix well to get a dough like consistency.

Grease hands with oil and start making small cutlets. Shallow fry them until golden brown.
