Hara bhara kebab is a vegetarian’s go-to healthy snacking option. Made with a mixture of veggies, the kebabs are not only nutritious but are also utterly delicious. Here’s how you can make it quickly at home.
2 cups chopped spinach leaves 1 cup boiled peas 2 potatoes 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup chopped coriander 2 green chillies 1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon chaat masala Salt to taste
Take all the veggies, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and mix them together.
Mix in breadcrumbs, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into circular kebabs.
You can choose to fry, grill, or even bake the kebabs till they are crispy.
Once they are cooked, you can serve them with green or red chutney.
