Sprouts dosa is a nutritious and delicious South Indian dish made from sprouted moong beans. This protein-packed dosa is not only healthy but also easy to prepare, perfect for a wholesome meal.
1 cup moong beans 1 bunch coriander 1 inch ginger, chopped 3 chillies 1 tsp cumin ½ cup water ½ tsp salt Olive oil, for roasting
Soak 1 cup of moong beans overnight and let them sprout. Transfer the sprouted moong beans into a mixer jar.
Add 1 bunch of coriander, 1 ginger, 3 chillies, 1 tsp of cumin, and ½ cup of water. Grind to a smooth paste, adding water as needed.
Pour the moong batter into a large bowl and add ½ tsp of salt, mixing well. Heat the tawa and spread the dosa batter as thinly as possible.
Sprinkle some chopped onions and drizzle ½ tsp of olive oil. Cook until the dosa turns golden brown, then flip and cook the other side. Serve the sprouts dosa hot with spicy chutney.
