There’s nothing like waking up to the aroma of fresh pancakes, especially on a lazy weekend. If you want to enjoy a cosy breakfast in bed this weekend, try this easy recipe for mouth-melting pancakes.
1.5 cups maida 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 tablespoons butter Pinch of salt Maple syrup as required Chopped fruits for garnish
Whisk the dry ingredients like flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt till everything is mixed.
In a separate bowl, mix milk and butter.
Gently mix the dry and wet ingredients to get a smooth batter.
Heat a pan and pour about 1/4 cup to make one pancake and cook on both sides.
Garnish with maple syrup and chopped fruits, and enjoy your breakfast in bed.
