Quick & Crunchy Chicken Corn Pakoda For Your Chai Time Munchies

Meaty, savoury and packed with sweet pops of fresh corn, this Chicken Corn Pakoda is the ultimate monsoon delight for all non-vegetarians. Check out the recipe and give it a try.

Ingredients:

500g boneless chicken, finely chopped ½ cup sweet corn kernels 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp cumin powder 2 tsp garam masala 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste Salt, to taste 1 egg ¼ cup gram flour ¼ cup rice flour ¼ cup corn flour Oil, for deep frying

Step 1

Place the chicken, corn and all other ingredients except the egg and flours in a large bowl.

Step 2

Mix well and marinate the chicken corn pakora mix for an hour or two.

Step 3

Heat oil in a wok and meanwhile, add eggs and flours into the chicken mix.

Step 4

Mix well, divide into equal-sized portions in round or cylindrical shapes.

Step 5

Place the chicken corn pakoras into the hot oil and deep fry to perfection.

Step 6

Once cooked, serve the chicken corn pakoras with chutney and sliced onions.
