Getting up in the morning, completing chores and making a healthy breakfast before going to work can be hard. If you’re looking for a quick, nutritious fix for your breakfast or a healthy snack, try this easy chia smoothie bowl recipe.
Banana slices - 1/2 cup Berries - 1/2 cup Almond milk - 1/2 cup Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon Yoghurt - 1/4 cup Honey - 1 teaspoon Fresh fruits for garnishing
Soak the chia seeds in almond milk for about ten minutes till they are jelly-like.
Take a blender and blend banana slices, berries, yoghurt, and soaked chia seeds.
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.
Add chopped fresh fruits like mangoes, cherries, bananas, etc., on top of the chia smoothie.
Drizzle some honey, and your healthy bowl will be ready.
