Bajra or pearl millet is a gluten-free grain that is rich in fibre and protein – both of which helps in maintaining weight.
1 cup bajra flour 2 tbsp wheat flour 2 tbsp fenugreek leaves ½ tsp white sesame seeds ½ tsp black sesame seeds
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 green chilli (chopped) 2 tbsp curd 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
Take a large bowl and mix well all ingredients except oil.
Add water in small intervals to knead a smooth dough. Once the dough is smooth, divide into equal portions.
Now dust some flour on one portion and roll out the dough into a chapati.
Heat a tawa on medium flame, and once hot enough, cook the rolled out chapati on it. Cook from both ends, apply oil on both sides and cook like a paratha.
Serve with a side of curd or pickle.
