Do you follow a vegetarian diet or simply want to make a fluffy cake without an egg? Here’s just the recipe you need. Follow the below-mentioned steps and you’ll get a rich and soft chocolate cake.
1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup water
Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Mix sugar, oil, and vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.
Slowly pour hot water and mix till the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into a baking tray. Bake for about 30 minutes.
Let the cake cool, garnish with chocolate shavings and serve.
