Murmura Chaat is a quick, spicy, and delicious street food snack that can be a healthy addition to your diet. To whip up a quick snack, here’s an easy-to-follow recipe for murmura chaat.

INGREDIENTS

100 grams puffed rice 1 tbsp whole Bengal gram 1 tbsp mustard seeds, tomato 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp chopped green chillies 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tbsp curry leaves 1 tbsp onion 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp sev bhujia 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

STEP 1

Wash and chop the vegetables, and keep them aside.

STEP 2

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add curry leaves.

STEP 3

Add mustard seeds, cumin, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder.

STEP 4

Add puffed rice, roasted split gram, and fine sev to a large mixing bowl.

STEP 5

Add the cooked spices, chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chillies, salt, and mix.

STEP 6

Pour lemon juice and mix well. It’s ready to serve!
