Made with semolina, yogurt, and pantry staples, this easy recipe guarantees a moist and flavorful cake perfect for any occasion.
1 cup semolina (rava) 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup yogurt 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla essence A pinch of salt Chopped nuts
Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a cake pan with butter. Set it aside. In a bowl, combine semolina and all-purpose flour.
Now add powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
Add yogurt, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla essence to the dry ingredients. Mix everything to make a smooth batter.
Now Pour the batter into the greased cake pan. Sprinkle some chopped nuts on top.
Now bake for about 25-30 minutes. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
Once cooled, slice the rava dry cake into desired shapes and sizes. Serve and enjoy!
