Quick and Healthy Tangy Tomato Masala Oats

Masala oats are easy to make and perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. Get the flavour explosion you crave without the hassle of a complicated preparation. This is ideal for a quick and healthy meal on the go.

Step 1

For tangy Tomato Quick Masala Oats, heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and onions. Sauté until onions turn golden (onion is optional).  

Step 2

Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili, and coriander powder. Cook until tomatoes soften.  

Step 3

Pour water, add oats and salt. Cook until oats thicken. Garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon. A zesty, healthy breakfast in minutes.
