This healthy beetroot juice recipe combines beetroot, celery, and ginger to create a refreshing, nutritious drink. Known for its benefits, like reducing high blood pressure, it's perfect for cardiovascular health.
1 small red beetroot 2 celery stalks 1-2 carrots 1/2 lemon or lime 1/2 inch piece of ginger, peeled
Wash all vegetables and fruits thoroughly under running water.
Peel and cut the beetroot, carrot, and celery into long pieces. Place a glass or container under the juicer nozzle and turn it on.
Process beetroot, carrot, celery, and ginger through the juicer.
Squeeze half a lemon into the juice and stir it well.
Pour the juice into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
