2 boiled potatoes 1/2 cup plain yoghurt 1 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1/8 tsp asafoetida 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp garam masala Salt to taste Fresh coriander
Start with boiling and peeling the potatoes into small cubes and set aside.
Now take a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
Mix well and set aside. Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add cumin and mustard seeds.
Now Add asafoetida and saute. Add the yoghurt mixture to the pan. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Now stir it gentle. Add the cubed potatoes to the pan and mix well. Cover and cook well.
When it’s cooked, garnish with Coriander leaves and Serve hot with roti or steamed rice. Enjoy!
