Quick And Easy Spring Rolls At Home!

Easy and simple deep fried snack recipes is prepared with leftover bread slices and spring roll stuffing. It’s flavourful and delicious served with sauces. 

Ingredients 

2 tbsp oil 2 chilli  2 clove garlic 2 tbsp spring onion  ½onion (sliced) 5 beans  1 carrot ½ capsicum 2 tbsp vinegar 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp chilli sauce½ tsp pepper powder ½ tsp salt 2 cup cabbage

Step 1

First, heat two tablespoons of oil in a big wok. Stir in 2 peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, and 2 tablespoons of spring onion. Take 12 onion, add and sautéed. Now, stir-fry 5 beans, 1 carrot, and 1/2 of a capsicum until the vegetables get crispy. 

Step 2

Make a gap and add 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, and 1/2 tsp salt.  Stir-fry the sauces together thoroughly. 

Step 3

Take 12 cup maida, 12 cup corn flour, 14 tsp pepper powder, and 14 tsp salt in a basin to make the slurry. 6. Add 3- 4cup water to create a smooth slurry Now take a slice of bread and now remove the sides of the bread slice. 

Step 4

Gently roll to create a thin sheet. Put 1 tbsp stuffing in the centre and brush the sides with slurry. Cut in half, then seal the edges. Dunk the packed bread in the slurry. 

Step 5

To obtain a crisp exterior layer, roll in crushed corn flakes, fry in heated oil while maintaining a medium flame. The spring roll should be fried until crisp and golden brown, stirring regularly. 

Step 5

Last but not least, drain the bread spring roll on a napkin and eat it with desired sauces.
