Beetroot dosa is a great way to add colour and nutritional benefits to your breakfast or mealtime, and it's also a fun twist on the standard dosa. 

Step 1 

Grate beetroot and mix it with dosa batter. 

Step 2

Add finely chopped onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves. 

Step 3

Season with salt, cumin seeds, and a pinch of turmeric. 

Step 4

Heat a dosa pan, pour the batter, and spread it into a thin circle.
