When food turns boring, spice things up with this delicious Pyaaz ka Achar! Perfect to pair with paratha or roti, this tangy onion pickle is a quick fix that adds a burst of flavour to any meal. Ready in just 5 minutes, it is crunchy, zesty, and sure to become a favourite. Here is how to make it and transform your everyday meals!
3 Onion 1 tbsp red chilli powder ½ tsp haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp dhaniya powder (Coriander powder) Salt to taste ¼ tsp amchur powder (Dried mango powder) 3- 4 tbsp oil ½ tsp kalonji (Nigella seeds) 1 tsp saunf (Fennel seeds) ¼ tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
Thinly slice the onion, add it to a bowl and mix it with all the spices.
Take a small pan and add in oil; once the oil is hot add in kalonji, saunf and hing.
Transfer the hot oil to the onion mixture and it is ready!
Enjoy it with chapatis, khakhras and a lot more!
