Quick And Easy Pressure Cooker Chicken Stew

Hearty and comforting, this no-hassle, one-pot, chicken stew is something your family will love.

Ingredients - 500 gm chicken, 3 tbsp butter, 1 raw papaya, 1 onion, 1 potato, 2 carrots, 7 green beans, 1-inch of ginger, 3 garlic cloves , 3 cups water, 6 sprigs of coriander, 3 green chillies, 2 bay leaves, 3 cloves, a stick of cinnamon, and 2 tsp salt and black pepper.

Put a pressure cooker on high heat, and add butter.

Add the cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, and smashed garlic and ginger. Saute for a while.

Add in the chicken and sauté them with the whole spices. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Once sautéed well now add in the vegetables.

Pour in water, and add in the coriander before covering the lid and pressure cooking for 2 whistles.

Once done, remove the whole spices, green chillies, and coriander sprigs and serve hot.
