This is a healthy combination of protein-rich peas and potatoes. Best for Lazy days! Prepare it in no time and enjoy!
46 gm brown wheat bread, 4 boiled mashed potato, 3.0 tbsp peas, 2 gm chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 0.27 gm red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp butter
Start by mixing potato, peas, red chilly powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, coriander leaves, and lemon juice in a bowl. Blend and Mix the ingredients well.
Now take desired amount of bread accordingly and cut the sides if necessary. Now take desired amount of butter on both the slices. Now spread the mixture on the bread.
Heat pan with butter and cook the stuffed bread on both sides until golden brown. Now cut accordingly and serve with desired dips and sides! Enjoy them hot and crispy.
