One of the quick preparations in the morning is a pancake. It is hearty and fulfilling. If you are looking for new recipes, try oats and banana pancakes, a delicious and nutritious twist to the classic one.
1 tsp vanilla extract 1.5 cups rolled oats ½ tsp cinnamon powder 2 large bananas 3 tbsp maple syrup 2 eggs 3 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp vegetable oil ½ cup milk
Grind oats in a food processor and combine them with mashed bananas and eggs.
Pour vanilla extract along with cinnamon powder into the batter.
Add some milk and vegetable oil (or melted butter) to the mix.
Let the batter rest for 15 minutes while you heat a pan and grease it with oil.
Add pancake batter and cook it on both sides.
Top the pancake with sliced bananas, fresh fruits, and maple syrup before digging in.
