With our delectable no-bake coffee mousse cake recipe, you may enjoy the exquisite combination of coffee and chocolate.
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs 6 tbsp melted butter 2 tsp coffee 1/4 cup m water 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp cold water 2 cups cream cheese 4 tbsp Cocoa powder
Take a bowl and add chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Now Press the mixture into the bottom of pan.
Now Place the crumbs base in the refrigerator to chill. In a pan add water and coffee boil and set aside.
In a bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Smooth down the mixture. Set it aside.
Now Add the cooled coffee mixture and beat until well combined. Now Gently fold in the whipped cream mixture.
Now Remove the pan from the refrigerator and pour the coffee mousse filling over the crust.
Now Smooth the top with a spatula. Cover it and refrigerate the cake until set.
Once the mousse has set, garnish the top of the cake with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
