Moong Dal Dhokla is a savoury, nutritious steamed dhokla variation made with moong dal and spiced to perfection, making it a healthy and delectable snack option for all. Here is how to make moong dal dhokla:
1/2 cup moong dal 1/3 cup curd Green chilli Ginger Kadi patta ¼ tsp dhania seeds ¼ tsp rai ¼ tsp coriander powder ¼ tsp fruit salt Salt as per taste 1 Tsp Oil Water as required
Soak moong dal overnight and grind it to a smooth batter.
In a bowl, add dal mixture, curd, and salt.
Season it with dhania powder, grated ginger, green chillies, and fruit salt.
Add a little water & whisk all the ingredients well.
For Tadka, heat oil in a pan. Add rai, kadi patta, and dhania seeds, and allow them to crackle.
Pour the tadka over the dhoklas and serve with mint chutney.
