INGREDIENTS

1 cup wheat flour 1/4 cup flour 1 tablespoon ghee for moyan 1 tbsp Curd 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped 1 tablespoon kasuri methi 1/4 teaspoon celery 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp asafoetida 1/4 tsp white sesame seeds or cumin seeds Salt, as per taste As required ghee

STEP 1

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with both hands. Knead into a soft dough using lukewarm water and keep it covered for 10 minutes.

STEP 2

Now heat the pan or tawa, while you knead the dough again to make it smooth and soft.

STEP 3

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll one into a round circle, applying some oil and dry flour on its surface.

STEP 4

Fold it and roll into a triangular shape or any desired shape of choice.

STEP 5

Cook over high flame on a hot tava, applying ghee or oil on both sides.

STEP 6

Serve hot with chutney, pickle, dry sabzi or tea.
