With a Makhana Almond Smoothie, you may enjoy the best of both worlds: delicious nutrition. Enjoy a delicious and nourishing treat with every sip of this frothy drink, which is loaded with the benefits of makhana (fox nuts) and almonds. 

Ingredients

8 almonds (overnight soaked and peeled) 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup makhana 1 banana 5,6 soaked raisins 3 soft pitted black dates (soaked for 30 mins in water) 1/2 tbsp nut butter (almond/peanut) 1/2 cup water

Step 1 

Blend the soaked Almonds to get the almond milk.  

Step 2 

Add rest of the ingredients inside a blender and blend until smooth 

Step 3 

Transfer the drink to a chilled glass 

Step 4  

Serve with ice cubes and 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds
