Craving kulfi? Follow these simple steps and enjoy this delicious dessert at home.
2 cups evaporated milk, 1 cup condensed milk, 1 cup cream, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 10 almonds (crushed), 10 pistachios (crushed)
Combine both the milk and heavy cream in a deep bowl along with cardamom powder and mix well.
In plastic cups or kulfi mold add some crushed nuts then pour the mixture.
Cover it and place popsicle sticks then freeze it for five hours.
Run hot water under the bottom of kulfi container for few seconds.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
