Chilli oil is a spicy and flavourful condiment made from oil infused with red chilli flakes and aromatic spices.
1 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup red chilli flakes 3 cloves garlic, minced 1-inch piece ginger, sliced 2 tablespoons soy sauce Salt to taste
In a bowl, combine the red chilli flakes, minced garlic, and sliced ginger.
Now take a pan and heat oil. Pour the hot oil over the chilli flakes, garlic and ginger, in the bowl.
Let the mixture sizzle and release a fragrant aroma. Stir well to mix all ingredients.
Add the soy sauce and add salt to taste. Mix well.
Now, let the chilli oil cool completely. Once cooled, transfer it to a clean, airtight jar. Serve with dishes and enjoy!
