Quick And Easy Green Goddess Dip For Light Snacking

Made with delicious green like avocado, cilantro and dill, this herby and creamy dip can be enjoyed with veggie sticks, pita bread or toasted sourdough, for a quick snack.

INGREDIENTS

1 ripe avocado ½ cup fresh dill ½ cup fresh mint ¼ cup fresh basil ½ cup fresh coriander 3 cloves garlic 2 green onions, trimmed Juice of 1 lemon ½ cup olive oil ½ cup feta cheese ½ cup Greek yoghurt 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon sour cream Salt, to taste

METHOD

Add the avocado, fresh herbs, green onions and garlic to a food processor and grind coarsely.

Tip in the remaining ingredients and grind until the mixture is mostly smooth.

Transfer to a plate and drizzle some olive oil on top. Serve with crudites or chips.
